Ryanair, EasyJet and Jet2 travellers work out 'genius' way to bypass strict hand luggage rules for free with £30 cabin bag

ASOS shoppers have been snapping up a cabin bag that is designed to be used as under seat luggage on Ryanair, Tui, EasyJet, Jet2 flights and more. The handy bag fits the airlines' strict luggage requirements and is said to be 'like a Tardis' that can fit plenty of things inside.

The Metz Underseat Backpack 20L by Cabin Max typically retails for £34.945 at ASOS. But for a limited time shoppers can pick it up for just £29.95, offering an almost 15% discount.

The backpack has a spacious 20L interior that can pack 'more than you think' with some shoppers saying it 'fits loads in'. The bag has been constructed for a lightweight yet durable material that's comfortable to wear on your back, all day long.

The cabin bag has the following dimensions: 40x20x25cm, making it the perfect carry on size for most airliners based and operating in the UK. What's more, it comes in black or you can choose from 5 other different colours, so you'll know which bag is yours at the airport.

On the Cabin Max website, the Metz backpack has received glowing reviews, with an average star-rating of 4.8 out of five. One shopper said: "Fabulous cabin bag, fits loads in. This is a second purchase so we both have one. Would definitely recommend."

A second wrote: "I decided to buy new luggage this year that I could use for carry-on to any airlines. By combining the 20L rucksack by cabin max with the 40L case, I have been able to pack loads in. The two pieces of luggage were easy to manage and look very smart
