Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has confirmed that Mason Mount will miss Sunday's Premier League clash with Arsenal through injury.

Mount suffered a problem in training on Thursday and will now miss the visit of the Londoners as a result. He was hoping to earn a second consecutive start after ending his long wait for a Premier League start against Crystal Palace earlier this week.

Ten Hag, however, was able to provide more positive news on the injury front, confirming that Scott McTominay, Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford have all trained ahead of Sunday's game. McTominay and Fernandes both missed the trip to Palace while Rashford has missed the last three games.

Elsewhere, Lisandro Martinez is not expected to be risked against the Gunners despite training with the rest of the main group this week. Ten Hag has confirmed the Argentine wants to play but it is too early to throw him straight back in.

Meanwhile, the Dutchman addressed his future, insisting that he 'doesn't care' if Ineos provide clarity over his position as manager or not.
