Maidstone United manager George Elokobi on his side’s National League South play-off semi-final at Worthing | Winners to host Braintree in final on May 6

George Elokobi says Maidstone must embrace the occasion in the National League South play-off semi-finals.

United, 2-1 winners over Aveley in Wednesday night’s eliminator, travel to Worthing today (3pm).

“We’re going to have a fantastic crowd behind us and our players are going to be ready.”

“You can’t go into too much on data.

“We have to play Worthing, who are a good side and they finished above us, so we have to respect that in our preparations.
