Jacks scored his half-century in 31 balls and took only 10 balls from there to smash his maiden IPL century in only his fifth match. With RCB needing one run to win, Jacks hit a six to reach the three-figure mark and remained unbeaten on 100 off 41 balls.

Jacks stitched 166 runs with Virat Kohli, who scored 70 not out off 44, for the second wicket to help RCB win the game easily.
